WIAW #1

So I am finally joining the rest of the blog world and sharing my eats with the world for “What I Ate Wednesday”.


The theme is green! And boy did I eat a lot of green. Some of my favorite green foods that you can try to incorporate into your meals are: spinach, broccoli, butter lettuce, cucumber, green peppers, green olives, kale, and avocado. I am also a big fan of green herbs like dill, chives, and cilantro.

Looking for some yummy recipes? Just for these eats I made Lemon Oregano Dressing, Goat Yogurt Ranch Dressing, and Cauliflower Pizza Crust (I used a simplified version with just cauliflower, egg, oregano, and garlic powder for the crust). I also had an apple thrown in there before I went to my Barre Brawl class. I sweated so much it was getting into my eyes…such a good class. Today I am making my way to Barre Burn – tomorrow is the end of the Spring It On challenge!

      I was afraid to try it because so many looked complicated…I just found the easiest one and eat it with a fork haha

    The lemon oregano dressing sounds yummy, I must give it a try. I love most green foods: green gummy bears, green M&Ms, and green cupcakes. :-)

  4. I’ve had a pretty good workout month so far!

    I made my own tahini dressing last night. It turned out really well! However, now my breath smells like garlic!
