Lovin’ It
I had a freaking fantastic workout at Barre Bee Fit this morning. I went to Mindy’s Barre Burn class, so a typical hour long toning class done in a heated room, and GOT MY BOOTY KICKED. I left feeling awesome. It also helped that I got a full night of sleep. After I got home from clinical I ate dinner and got in bed at 8:30, passed out by 9:00. I feel like such an old lady typing that, but I slept straight through until 8:20 this morning and have never felt more refreshed. I have realized over the past few months that I need 8-8.5 hours of sleep a night to feel energized the entire next day. It seems like a lot to me, but whatever my body requires I should be giving it. I failed miserably at four workouts this week due to my cold, but I am getting back on track for this new week! I am, however, on a new mission..

Operation Find Awesome Sports Bra. The bra pictured above is the sports bra I currently wear from Victoria’s Secret. For being ‘maximum support’ however, I still feel very bouncy. The dip in the center is also a bit low cut for me when I work out and have a tank top on. I am um…bigger busted, and have yet to find an awesome sports bra. Do any ladies out there have any recommendations for a sports bra that will fit DD and give awesome support, coverage, and not cause your shoulders or back to ache? Help!
PS – Thank you so much for your support on my last post. It helps knowing people experience the same experiences and feelings about weight loss

Unfortunately I do not. I’ve “grown” a bit in the last few years but still use the same sports bras from back in the day. I really don’t think I’ve bought new sports bras since college! Eeeek
I used to double up and just wear two…my Victoria’s Secret ones are better but I want one less revealing!
I am kind of amazed that sports bras still suck for larger busts. Couldn’t they have figured out something by now? I have two Champion 360 bras (http://www.amazon.com/Champion-Womens-360-Performance-Sports/dp/B0038BRUG0) that I really like. I just got the Under Armour Armour Bra and so far I am liking it. I’ve heard great things about Moving Comfort bras but haven’t tried those yet. Good sports bras are expensive and I am always somewhat reluctant to drop $50 on a bra.
I know – with all the different types of bras out there you would think this would be figured out by now, and for less than $50-$60! I’ll check those bras out – thank you!
Hi! New to comment, but as a fellow Chicagoan with huge boobs, felt I HAD to comment! So, I’m a 36DDD on a small day, and LOVE the Enell Sports Bras. They unfortunately don’t fall in the “less than $50″ category, but my boobs don’t move. I got mine at Fleet Feet in Old Town. I did find this website, which I’m planning to buy some new bras from… http://www.discountsportsbras.com/Enell-Sports-Bra-s/1832.htm?searching=Y&sort=5&cat=1832&show=10&page=1 Those are “imperfect, over sized and under sized” so they are discounted to $40–Deal! When I first tried the brand on, they definitely felt ‘tight’, but it’s kind of how amazing they are. Love my Enell Bras, and I don’t think I’ll ever use anything else.
Thank you so much for the recommendation! I hate looking in the mirror at Barre Bee Fit and seeing those things bouncing everywhere haha. I’ll have to try these!
