Four For February

I have a weekly goal for myself in February: work out four days a week. I am hoping to run three times a week and go to Barre Bee Fit three times a week. I also need to focus on getting these workouts out of the way in the morning. By the time it gets to the late afternoon or evening, I am done for. Anyone else up for challenging themselves to Four For February?

I know a lot of other bloggers out there work out more than four days a week – but I don’t. Not yet. There is something I heard the other day that really has stuck with me – “Being healthy isn’t a chore, it’s a gift”. I’ll be keeping that in mind as this new month begins (where did January go?!?). What are some of your February goals?

    Hmm, February goals. My two goal races are this month! So I hope to hit my goals for them (one is to beat another team and the other is to place in my AG).

    Hi,
    I stumbled across this blog on Bloglovin’ it’s great!
    I too am a nurse, currently sitting at my laptop trying to think of healthy, nutritious meals to make today, my day off, and get inspired to go running in a gorgeous park nearby.
    Would you be able to keep us up to date on your progress for February’s goal, perhaps then I’ll be guilted in to a healthier month!

      Of course! I am realizing it helps to look at weekly goals, rather than an entire month of goals as I was doing previously. It’s so tough after a 12 hour day to get motivated and get out there – but it always feels great once you do!
